Our Journey

The Raj Auto Ind. has undergone a series of developments and expansions over the years. Here is a chronology of the group's key milestones:

 Rajit Alloys (2007):

In 2007, Rajit Alloys was established as part of the Raj Group. Rajit Alloys had a metal capacity of 100 kgs, indicating its initial focus on alloy production.

 Raj Castings (2009):

Two years later, in 2009, Raj Castings was founded. Raj Castings had a metal capacity of 300 kgs, showcasing the group's expansion into the casting industry.

 Raj Autoindustries (2013):

In 2013, the Raj Group ventured into the auto industry with the establishment of Raj Autoindustries. With a metal capacity of 500 kgs, Raj Autoindustries aimed to manufacture auto parts and components to cater to the growing automotive sector.

 Raj Autoindustries II (2020):

Continuing its expansion in the auto sector, the Raj Group inaugurated Raj Autoindustries II in 2020. This facility had a substantial metal capacity of 1500 kgs, indicating a significant increase in production capabilities compared to the previous establishments.

In terms of the Raj Group's infrastructure, the total area encompassed by their facilities was 190,000 square feet, while the covered area, which likely refers to the floor space used for production and operations, measured 95,000 square feet. The figures highlight the scale of the group's operations and the infrastructure required to support their manufacturing processes.
In terms of crucible capacity, which determines the amount of metal that can be processed per hour, the combined capacity of all the facilities is 2400 kgs. This figure is obtained by summing up the individual capacities of each establishment: 100 kgs from Rajit Alloys, 300 kgs from Raj Castings, 500 kgs from Raj Autoindustries, and 1500 kgs from Raj Autoindustries II. The crucible capacity indicates the group's ability to handle a substantial volume of molten metal for their production operations.
The Raj Group's chronology reflects a progressive expansion into various sectors, primarily focusing on alloy production, casting, and automotive manufacturing. With their growing metal capacities and infrastructure, the group has positioned itself as a significant player in the industry, catering to the demands of the market and driving their overall growth.
